If you change your mind for any reason on any full priced item you've purchased from us, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) for a credit note within 14 days (for customers within Australia) or 30 days (for customers outside of Australia) of receiving your delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period. Please note, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason for return other than where an item is deemed faulty by our returns department. Once we receive your return, you will be issued with a credit note via email to the email address used to place the order, and your credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty.
SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
Please note, we are unable to accept any returns on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period, for example a storewide sale, or a further sale on particular products or categories. Only full priced products are able to be returned.
AFTERPAY RETURNS (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)
If you purchased using Afterpay, you are welcome to return any full priced item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of any amounts paid to date. All remaining debits will be cancelled. If you have any queries regarding your Afterpay payments or account, please don't hesitate to contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729 or at email@example.com. Please note, sale items or items purchased during a promotional period are unable to be returned.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To facilitate the return of an item you've purchased from us, please follow the below steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with 'RA Request' and your name as the subject of your email. You will also need to include the name on the order, your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for return.
- Upon receiving your RA# from our customer care team, simply send your item(s) along with your completed returns form via a tracked method of postage, to:

- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
- Items may only be returned with a valid Returns Authority Number (RA#).
- Items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks.
- If your return is not received in its original condition, a credit note will not be issued and your item will be returned to you.
- Sale items and items purchased during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return.
- Please choose carefully when purchasing swimwear, intimates, jewellery or makeup products as we are unable to accept returns on these products.
- Please note, we are unable to credit original shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.
Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 1-2 business day of receiving your return.
If you have not received your credit note via email within the timeframe and your tracking information states that your return has been received by us, please don't hesitate to get in contact with our customer care team at email@example.com .
We recommend using a tracked method of postage to return your item(s) to us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.
If you believe your garment has a fault, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and a photo of the fault.
If you purchased from us in-store, you are welcome to exchange your item or receive a credit note for the value of the item within 14 days of purchase. Your item must be returned in its original condition and proof of purchase must be presented.
Please note, items purchased online are not able to be returned in-store, and in-store purchases must be returned in-store.
