ORDER BY TIME

We make every effort to ensure all orders received before 12pm AEST are shipped same day except during busy sale periods when orders can take up to 2 days to be shipped. Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day. If your order is placed after 12pm on a business day, it will be dispatched the following business day.

DELIVERY – AUSTRALIA

All orders are sent express via StarTrack Express using an Authority To Leave Without Signature service. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted as we will not be responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at customercare@tigermist.com.au and we can look into your order for you.

DELIVERY – USA

All orders are sent express via DHL Express using a signature service. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a card in your letterbox to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.

DELIVERY – ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post’s standard shipping service. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.

Please note, we do not ship to selected countries and you will be notified if your order is unsuccessful.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that product costs and delivery fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the release of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website.

CUSTOMS HOLDS

Please note, estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or where parcels are held by customs officials. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery, please email us at customercare@tigermist.com.au and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team process orders very quickly and we are unable to make changes to orders once placed. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. This also includes pre-order styles as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS

Due to the large number of orders received during sale and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the delivery of your order during these times. Where promotions are run on public holidays, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of the first business day after the public holiday.
