Order By Time

Orders received before 12pm AEST will be dispatched same day. Please note, delays may still occur during promotional periods. Further, we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer free express 1-3 day shipping on all orders Australia wide over the value of $80.00. For all orders under $80.00 you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee of $8.95.

Orders are sent express via StarTrack Express. Deliveries are sent using an Authority To Leave Without Signature service. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day. If you place an order before 8am AEST on a business day, your order will be dispatched same day. If your order is placed after 8am on a business day, it will be dispatched the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 1-3 business days Australia wide.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at customercare@tigermist.com.au and we can look into your order for you. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express and Australia Post.

USA & CANADA - EXPRESS 2-3 DAY DELIVERY VIA DHL

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all overs over $100 AUD. For all orders under $100 AUD, a flat rate delivery fee of $10 AUD will apply.

NZ - EXPRESS 2-3 DAY DELIVERY VIA DHL

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $80 AUD. For all orders under $80 AUD, a flat rate of $8.95 AUD will apply.

UK & EUROPE – EXPRESS 3-5 DAY DELIVERY VIA DHL

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $150 AUD. For all orders under $150 AUD, a flat rate of $15 AUD will apply.

*Please note, orders to Ireland will be shipped via Australia Post's international service and should arrive within 3-10 business days.

ASIA & REST OF THE WORLD – WE OFFER DELIVERY VIA AUSTRALIA POST

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post’s Registered International or Pack & Track service and will incur a $25 AUD shipping fee. If you are located in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, China or Israel your items will be sent via Pack & Track and a tracking code will be issued. Packages to all other countries will be sent via Registered Post and you will receive a consignment number. You will receive your order within 5-15 business days, depending on your location.

If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item.

Please note, we do not ship to selected countries.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a secure location. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that product costs and delivery fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the release of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website.

NON-DELIVERY

Please note, estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or where parcels are held by customs officials. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated by DHL and you have not been in contact with DHL regarding your delivery, please email us at customercare@tigermist.com.au and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. This also includes pre-order styles.

SHIPPING DELAYS - SALE PERIODS

Due to the large number of orders received during sale and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the delivery of your order during these times. Where promotions are run on public holidays, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of the first business day after the public holiday.
