Customer service is our number one priority here at Tiger Mist and we understand the postal service delays have been somewhat disappointing for a lot of customers. To get your parcels delivered to you quicker, we have made some changes, we are shifting from postal services to DHL to ensure more visibility into your tracking, faster delivery and reliability. Please see the shipping table below for your new shipping options.
Please note: All deliveries to Russia have been temporarily suspended. Any customers attempting to checkout cannot do so until deliveries resume.
*Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates only. During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12pm AEDT on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also select to receive updates via Facebook Messenger or SMS at checkout after you place your order.

Australia Post is making every effort to meet delivery times, however, the changing nature of both airline haul capacity and delivery services in destination countries, regions and territories mean that these delivery estimates should be used as a guide only. Further delivery delays will occur with countries/cities in lockdown. Please leave a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery date below to raise queries on items travelling via air and 30 business days after the estimated delivery date for items travelling via sea.
For items sent between 25th March and 30th April, additional delivery delays on top of the below have occurred. Australia Post is working hard to process all items on hand and deliver them as soon as possible.

PO BOXESWe do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be canceled and refunded.
EXPRESS 1-2 DAY DELIVERY – AUSTRALIA
All Australian orders are sent express via StarTrack Express using an Authority To Leave (Without Signature) service. We strongly recommend providing a business address to guarantee the safe delivery of your order. If you do not provide a business address and delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will leave your parcel at your property. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels so please use a business address wherever possible.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - DHL
Orders sent express via DHL Express use a signature service and can be tracked here. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.
Please note, if you request your delivery method be updated to a different address or provide DHL with authority to leave, you are waiving your right to any form of reimbursement or re-delivery if your order is not delivered, stolen or lost. We do not recommend altering our signature on delivery service for this reason.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - AUSTRALIA POST
Orders sent via Australia Post’s international shipping service are shipped via a standard service. Once your order leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery. You can track your order online here.
Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONSCurrency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order total will display in AUD at checkout (even where you are using our currency converter to view prices in your local currency) and all order confirmation emails and invoices will show AUD. The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. While most exchange rate systems are very similar, we can't guarantee the exchange rate we are using to display an approximate price to you on our site will be the same exchange rate that your bank uses when processing your transaction.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We have highlighted some customs websites to refer to before purchasing below.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

FREE SHIPPING THRESOLDS
Please note, free shipping thresholds only apply to the order after discount codes have been applied and before shipping costs are added ie. the amount spent on items in your order (excluding any shipping costs) must exceed our minimum spend in order to qualify for free shipping.
SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Victorian (and Australian) public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed. Public holiday information can be found here.
Pre-orders will not be shipped until the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any non pre-order available items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives. Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative time displayed on the product information page, however we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed.
Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles unless stated otherwise.
EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.

Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over four fortnightly payments. You will be charged absolutely no interest. Your payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight, and you will receive your order immediately.
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over 6 weeks. Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be made in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase.
If you wish to return an item you are able to do so within 14 days of receiving you order. Upon receipt of your return, your Afterpay payment plan will be cancelled. Please note, refunds are only available for full priced products. Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are unable to be returned.
Once we receive your return and the refund is processed, it will automatically go to Afterpay and your Afterpay payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backwards.
If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.
